I'd love this.
i've wanted something like this for awhile.
Instead of a vote reset, they should make a window pop up that asks u if u wanted to run the dungeon again with the same people. Something similar to the commendations screen.
Its optional and u don't need to do it if u don't want to.
So if a player exits the dungeon it'll be counted towards a no too.
The vote would need at least 50% ( or more?) of the original party to say yes in order to redo the dungeon.
But if its CT then it should be like 70-80% of group cuz 12/24 ppl will take a while to refill.
So it'd do those awesome surprise primal DF groups a favour as usually they would run out of time/ 1+ ppl need to go for reasons unknown.
But then again would it put some strain/ restrictions on the servers? As technically a party could reserve that spot forever if they choose to do so.
So they should put a limit on how many times u could choose to redo that dungeon.
Best idea I heard in a while. Maybe in 2.3 perhaps?
Make it happen SE. You know this is a good option.
Guess SE didn't know that one of the Ms in MMO, stands for "MASSIVE".
Wow.. this is one awesome ideahope it gets implemented, would be really useful

They wont add this now commendations are in game. would be even easier to game than the current system. But yeah for those of us who don't cheat it would be a nice addition.
/edit On second thought they could just disable commendations for repeat runs

Not really. If the healers and tanks keep repeating duty with the same group, think of all the DPSs waiting in queue for that tank and healer to come out, or new ones to use the duty finder. This feature would make waits longer, not shorter.
It's really no different from those healer/tanks making their own parties and queueing as a group. This is more like cross-server partying.
