    They wont add this now commendations are in game. would be even easier to game than the current system. But yeah for those of us who don't cheat it would be a nice addition.

    /edit On second thought they could just disable commendations for repeat runs

    I like this idea! I've seen some really awesome DF titans (no second gaol.. that's how I know it's nice) and would sometimes like to do it again. Well, not now cause I already got all my 5 earrings but still..
