the main issue here isnt that people want a cap on the dungeons, its that the 30 dungeon isnt meant for endgame

people want endgame only content, they think everything else is a waste, so if it isnt endgame content, lets find a way to make it so it feels like endgame content
and heaven forbid anyone have a way to get the gear in them easier then anyone else, thats just unfair
Would you be in favor of cap on story missions/fights with an increasing level cap? So you start the story at low level and end at higher level? Or is that again too restricting and maybe too challenging?
