10 minute turn 1/2/4 = 50 Myth. 90 minutes = 450 Myth.Even if the myth cap is removed, if the rate of getting myth doesn't change, its still gonna be a long grind. I mean with the current philo earning rate, you could get 2-3 piece a day and 200 philo per CT run. With mytho, this is only 50 per run.
If the myth is going to be the new philo, the earning rate must change and give 200-300 myth per run, or else, its still gonna be hard (long) to get even 1 piece per day.
I'm being very generous with the amount of time those turns take, too.

You are right but it works in very specific conditions. That is with a group that know what they do, no first timer, FC members, etc.. etc... those specific conditions are not available to everybody. For instance, my group always takes 1h -1h30 to do through T1-T2. Just because of little hickups here and there. I'm far from SR coil. so those 450 / 90 minutes are a long shot for me and maybe a lot of ppl.

you dont need to know any shit is going on with T2 enrage btwYou are right but it works in very specific conditions. Same thing, even if as a matter of fact the proper way is faster than the enrage way.
Still, even when Coil will be in PF there's nothing forcing you to do enrage strat if you don't want to do it. Just quit your party and find another.
Even if the enrage strat was faster tho, I still see no reason to necessarily do things the FASTEST WAY POSSIBLE AT ALL COSTS. I only see reason to do things the FUN way.
The current content may be short for people who race through it in order to compete against strangers from the Internet, but I hardly believe SE or any other company should tailor the game around these kind of players. First, they're the minority. Secondly, catering to their interests encourages a playstyle that considers the "destination" more important than the "journey".
And tbh, no matter how fast the developers work, there is ALWAYS going to be a fraction of the playerbase who eats through content faster than it is created. It's pretty much a MMO rule.

I'm expecting them to lower the amount of myth they give, to be honest. I figured the Myth reward they gave was only because you could only do them once a week.
Doesn't matter to me, though, still looking forward to farming it.
I doubt they will lower it. Myth gear will be pretty sub par gear a couple weeks after 2.2 hits. I mean do you invite people in full DL to parties?

ARR is almost following WoW verbatim. WoW had major content patches every 6 months or so and the item level of the gear in the dungeons/raids were raised in tandem. We'll have had access to i90 for about 7 months as 2.2 hits. Once the expansion comes there'll be a level cap raise, same as WoW.
Anyway, to the OP, this is how vertical progression theme park games work. Now you can spend that $45 collecting the new ilvl gear. Or don't. The choice is yours.
Also what the hell does this even mean? Hmm... You go to theme parks to have fun, are you saying video games are meant to have fun?ARR is almost following WoW verbatim.
