    In general later steps in combos = bigger numbers. Other than that,

    Shield Oath and Defiance cause you to generate 2x the damage you see in hate (and this stacks with other multipliers)

    Flash: 500 potency (modified by Maim, Shield Oath/Defiance damage penalties, Attack Power buffs like STR potion and Berserk - NOT modified by Fight or Flight)
    Overpower: 5x damage dealt

    Savage Blade, Skull Sunder: 3x damage dealt (600 potency in combo)
    Rage of Halone, Butcher's Block: 5x damage dealt (1300 RoH, 1400 BB in combo)

    Steel Cyclone: 3x damage dealt (also can only be used in Defiance so tack on another x2, ignores the damage penalty from Defiance also so it's kind of worth a little more [or everything else is worth less depending on your perspective])

    Shield Lob/Tomahawk: 3x damage dealt

    Ability use generates 70 enmity
    Provoke puts you at the top of the enmity list +1 (so a blm does 50,000 dmg and you provoke = your hate is 50,001)

    Last I checked, Flash is like Second Wind: it is a non-damage effect based on attack damage. Anything that increases attack power (Berserk, STR pots) affects it. Anything that affects damage (Maim, Fight or Flight) does not, because it does not deal damage. Second Wind did not change with 2.1, but Flash might have, so I can't say for certain how the tank stance affects it.
