6-months of no answer.. Let's see if maybe ANYONE can help? I had my account hacked 6-months ago! and filled out all the correct forms and i still get no help to as why i have not been able to get my account back. I have called 30+ times to support and all i get is the run around or you are still investigating ? Or better yet my account has been escalated! Sadly i have also been told i was one of the 5000 people who at that time had their accounts hacked..
I see NO reason why i have to wait 6-months for whoever is overseeing this to give me my gil back. I paid the full 6-month and i can not even play? I have played this game from the start of FFXIV beta and get treated like im sure many do it seems.. Like dirt and just another number. I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK! AND A REFUND! AND A NAME CHANGE! Tell me what i can do to help you or someone to get this done. I have never played a game with so much customer support problems... This is just stupid crazy...
