I was playing an alt on a different server one day when I got blind invited to a FC whose name was, basically, the N word. That name I found offensive.

And another thing, there is also no such thing as freedom of speech on a multiplayer online game. Im sorry but you must adhere to rules and conditions of use - which you AGREED to when you installed the game. By the simple fact that you cannot post on this forum without having agreed to those exact same rules, you DO NOT have the right to say whatever you please. At any time at SE's choosing, if you break the rules regarding chat, names or titles - SE has the power to mute you, block you, ban you or otherwise remove you from their service. You have no ''rights'' for speech or naming conventions when you use a service.
I knew exactly what you meant and it's still not. If stuff like that is enough to "offend" you, then please get off the internet fast.
They could like to do that with homosexual males, now you're telling them that they can't express their preference because it "offends" you.

Don't be that guy
It means a bundle of sticks ._.
Then if you look at the second definition of it, it means "homosexual male" I know homosexual males that call themselves that word. A lot actually, I figured it was like the "N" word now. I don't use that word and don't like to be called that word, if someone else calls other people, themselves,FC,LS,Guild that. It doesn't bother me because....I'm an adult that knows there's worse things in life than a fc with a naughty word in their fc name. o:
Its like the N word. That word used to be really bad ( I personally still think the use of it, is stupid but whatever) now it means "homie" or whatever. White, Black, Asian, everyone says it.
I can't count all the gay guys I know that use the word in a non derogatory way. The way words are used changes all the time, the word isn't as offensive as OP is trying to make. It's just a word, who cares? If one little world is enough to ruin gameplay and come whine about it on the forums. I'd say OP has a pretty good life.
Let's think about what this implicates for a moment. Okay are we done? So I can assume you could say that OP is not better off for living a sheltered life and will most likely face many hardships out in the real world. Still assuming he is underage and ignorant.

If you don't care so much, why are you even here? You are defeating your own point by giving me attention. If anything, you are helping me by bumping my post, lol.
You have just wasted effort for no good value. Rather than talk calmly and present a PoV that might change someones mind, you charged into the thread brazenly. I can bunt heads with you for hours to come, but obviously we have diametrically opposed opinions. I rather just save my time (and yours) and just move on.
If your opinion was any more valid than mine, it would be much more main stream for the "sue happy" to be told to "grow a thicker skin." Since the PC culture is way more prevalent than your sort of thought of inflammatory language, I will take solace in the fact my belief in what is offensive is going to be around for a long time and shared by many others.
Either way, thanks for the bumps![]()
