    Nope.
    Neither is Flaming Arrow.
    Ground target AoE's like these two moves don't associate the player who cast them with the damage in the combat log, so there is no way for a parser to assign that damage to a player, so they just ignore it instead.

    It's just yet another reason why parser data should be taken with a HEAVY grain of salt.
