We're talking less than 1% DPS difference, but the latter set pushes your TP less.

The gear I'm using for T5 is Determination oriented with low Skill Speed and doesn't have any T5 drop (RNG decided I should get DRG drops and not MNK :<) , it has the EX Primal weapon though.

Lol, this is the exact same set I'm using for T5. No T5 drops either here. This week it was Axe (again) and Dragoon Feet (No one [in the static] use DRG. Not even as a subclass...). But I'm already getting used to wait 20+ weeks till I can see my loot. Meh.
