    The system isn't designed to reward tank or healers but motivate people to play unpopular roles. If they move the bonus to those that wait the longest you will notice those 10-30min queues reverting back to 30-90mins like they were in 2.0

    Could work if they scale the exp reward with he amount of time you spend waiting for the queue pop and replacing the most demand specs with more vanityish rewards. Like the player commendation achievements, Everybody loves fast queues "Finish 300 dungeons while playing a high demand job reward: white magitek armor"
