The single screenshot given is.... well.... ok, nice to know there will be a pre requisite to getting into dungeons, but why on earth is there a 60 minute time limit. How can you possibly have any kind of meaningfull dungeon experience in only 60 minutes.
Easily. Fine examples include Limbus, Nyzul, Salvage (100 minutes, but your argument is against time limits in general).

Perhaps because it's not "areas and areas" but simply "area." One area. That's singular, not plurals and plurals.

Outside of instances, can you name one thing S-E has done that has a time limit?

No?

Time limits are not a bad thing. They're actually a good thing. Who wants to play a game all hand-holdy anyway?

Oh, right.
