This is a bad thing how? From what I understand almost all instanced content on almost any MMO is timed to some extent?

Um no. Most MMO games do not do a timed thing. If by timed you mean a week or 24 hours then yes. Sorry one hour time limit just means your too lazy to make a big meaty dungeon. When most mmo gamers are used to 8 hour 13 boss fight raids how this tiny raid idea is a good thing is beyond me. If i want to play for an hour max i would play tetris.
