Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

Seen it happen Monday and Wednesdays

Normally when this happens my whole internet (but not modem) seems to crash for a bit on my computer while playing FF14... but when I stop playing it, I do not have these issues (I've got a big sample size, it's not a coincidence).

Today I had it different, just hard lag where people were standing still for a few seconds, then moving for one, and so on and so on. Smooth Internet in all other forms.

- When does the problem occur (always, only during specific times?) Started 2 weeks ago from the time of this post. Occurs later in the day.

This has never happened to me before 2 weeks ago. Not sure what changed. Makes being a healer in end-game a real hassle.

EDIT: This started happening from 2.1 and now got very very bad

Since 6th Feb 2014 and still ongoing.

Lag spikes during peak hours and the "disconnect" icon occasionally appears (usually lasting between 1-5 seconds) on top of my character throughout the day.

When does the problem occur : During prime times, specificially starting around 6pm GMT+1, ends around 2-3am the next day.

This is getting really frustrating as it's been running since launch and still not resolved. Please do something to fix this issue !
