-Always, takes forever for the NPC's to appear, the abilities are going off, but the sound effects/everything else comes late etc.

-Always, not a problem when not doing something that needs quick reaction time. But every time there is a need to dodge fast i always get hit by something i ran out of 1-3 seconds ago.
Sometimes also stuff freezes and resumes after 5-10 seconds.

Used to be intermittently, now getting rubberbanding 24/7
When I use the program Pingzapper and go through Los Angeles, this problem disappears. Unfortunately, with a trial account I can only stay connected for an hour before having to relog, and I don't really want to use their service for just FFXIV.

-Randomly all day, constantly during peak hours. Freezes, takes 3-5secs and all catches up. AoE impossible. (Only started on 10th October, was perfect before then)

- Sometimes during the day. Every evening and night, as peak time comes closer so does the latency/lag spikes 3-5 sec to 10-20 sec.

Always occurs.
It's usually very brief instances of extreme lag during which everything int he world stops moving, then quickly resumes once the connection is re-established. The IP I'm using is one of the server IPs as listed on the unofficial ARR server status page.
