@OP - Welcome back for starters. You'll want to head to camp revnant's toll in mor dhona and flag the quest for Crystal Tower (Legacy of Allag or something I think) as well as Ultima's ballad and various other 2.1 quests. You have missed quite abit of changes and there are even more coming in the patch next month.

CT gives 200 Philo and 50 myth per run, You are allowed ONE DROP PER WEEK so pass on everything you don't want. The entry Ilvl is only 50 so you can enter as soon as you complete the quest.
