On one hand it does not make sense but on the other hand it make perfect sense. Why would they modify the enrage method just to make 1-5 easier in 2.2 a month later but then again they "buff" it without telling everyone and then in 2.2 remove the buff again and say they made it easier. Think SE could really be that back handed?

I actually registered to answer about Turn 3s purpose saying that we use it to mpk each other and troll each other with teleporter switches but got lazy.

The changes simply mean that the enrage method requires some actual strategy now and a slightly different setup. It didn't make it impossible.
You have to wonder if SE ever actually tests their changes or if they just manipulate the stats and hope for the best.
Honestly what a waste of resources and money to patch Turn 2 now. Square should have patched it months ago doing not is just a waste of money , they could have used the money for other stuff. 2.2 is less then a month away and they pull this bull shit wasting resources and money on something that should have been fixed months ago which they claimed was legit and now they fix it?? are you kidding me? O well i gusse will change to 4 healers now 1 less dps ill get over it
