If there won't be any loot restrictions on BC 1-5, then they need to make Crystal Tower a free for all... like now. Otherwise, no one will ever run it again once 2.2 hits. You'll wait in 3-4 hour+ queues because all of the gear will be for vanity only. Otherwise, they'd have to make the place a Myth farm (400 Myth per run) or maybe put it into a daily with a 200K Myth bonus.

You think new groups will be able to just instantly have t1-5 on farm when they are entirely decked out in AF gear?

Obviously it depends how SE handles this but for new players CT should still be a good option for gearing up.
