Well then you just found the perfect FC event to get your members to do something togheter, fate hunting for FC buffs.

Been there done that. There's almost no incentive for us anymore to spam FATEs as most of us already have complete jobs, aside from the credits ofcourse.

That's why I'm asking the devs to put FC credits in instanced dungeons, that's what they're trying to implement since 2.1 patch anyway.

If anyone thinks that this suggestion is spoon-feeding, think again. We'll still work our ass of to gain FC Credits, and by no means handling it to us easier. We just want another option of farming FC Credits equivalent to the FC Credits rewards from spamming FATEs.

Sure we can use DoL to gather points, but here's the thing, it's a 1:1 ratio, and we need atleast 3,010 clicks / day just to save for Tier 1 buff. How much more for the Tier 2 buff that costs 6,020 credits? And that's for a single "non-gamebreaking" buff alone.

Assuming we're at Rank 8, you need atleast 6,020 credits (T1 buff) and 12,040 credits (T2 buff) / day so that we can atleast enjoy the purpose of having a Free Company buff / day.

i don't see what the issue is we have well over 6 million credits cant spend them fast enough. Do things together as a free company / helping your members and have a larger player base and better community.

Not everyone likes having a large Free Company when 80% of the members don't even know each other. So nope. And I bet those credits were farmed pre 2.1. It's so easy to farm those due to players spamming FATEs left and right.

What I'm talking is about the situation post 2.1, where small or even large free companies are having a hard time to earn credits. But then again, Large Free Companies won't get affected by this (for now), because they already farmed so much pre 2.1.

...No thanks. I'd rather have a small to mid-sized fc where everyone knows each other. Having hundreds of members shouldn't be the only way to get a decent amount FC points.

Again the bragging... your FC is the 4th OF THE WORLD and surely you cannot put is as the 'normal' FC that does things and have no issues. Our FC now can barely keep 1 active action without losing credits. Oh yes, we are not dedicated like your but the OP point is extremely valid.

Edit: on second tough, you made a good point: if in order to keep 2 actions active the FC must rank in first places of the world, it surely is something unintended by devs and needs be corrected. Not asking that 1-man FC can do this easily, but a medium sized FC does not must have this kind of problem.

You answerd my point exacly, you dont WANT to grind fates to get fc credits, you want them earned when doing something you WANT to do such as dungeons.

But sometimes you have to do stuff you dont like in order to be able to obtain stuff you do like.

Actually I did. Just did a couple of FATEs since 2.16 patch due to the new achievements (3,000 FATEs for Paragon Gown), and all I can say is FATEs are horrible atm.

I've been FATE grinding for 2 hours, and guess what? I only gained somewhere around 1k~ish point. It's 30 point per FATE btw, do the math and you'll know how horrible it is.

In any case, this thread has brought up attention to the DEV team, the fact that Camate up there said they understand that free companies are using up more credits than usual and discussing a new solution just means there's something missing with the current system.

Camates post is correct, but what is not mention is that the reason credits arnt enough anymore is because people arnt doing fates anymore because running dungeons is faster experiance gain.

If people would still be doing fates as much as they use to this issue wouldnt even have existed.

And 30 points per fate times 8 is 1k points every 5 fates since youll be working togheter with your FC to scramble up those points (hopefully).

But i guess you cant outrun both players and SE:s will to serve everything on a silver platter.

You can't expect everyone to spend their only online time to do FATEs right? That's why we're asking for an alternative, and in no way asking to serve it on a silver platter. LOL!

God, I've been thinking this for a while, but where in my post that I'm asking to hand it to us easily, heck FATE grinding is even more easy than what we're asking, it's just that we're asking for a different option to farm the points. I'll say it again, WE ONLY WANT AN ALTERNATIVE. Highlighted-Capitalized for you to understand.
