    From what I can see once my connection hits hops for Level3.net (especially the montreal Level3) I get higher ping times and packet loss with high jitter. Only solution for me was to get VPN, for 30 euros I figured I'd give SE the benefit of the doubt when I bought it that it would be resolved within a year. It sucks though because it's not something people should have to do to play the content in this game.

    You are saying here that Level3.net is the problem for you, yet in the next sentence you state that SE should be the one fixing it?
