    Free Company Credits

    Before 2.1 patch, racking up FC Credits is pretty much easy due to FATE spamming, but since the patch came in, wherein most people doesn't do FATEs anymore, our Free Company noticed that we're spending more FC Credits than what we're saving each day.

    To make it simpler, is it possible for the DEV team to put FC Credits as a reward by doing instanced dungeons, or better yet lower the cost of FC Credits?

    This may not be a problem for large free companies who farmed alot of credits pre-2.1, but for those new small FC's, this is becoming a problem for us. We'll ran out of credits maybe not now, but sooner or later we will.

    Tier 2 perks and running 2 at a time is a credit drain!

    Indeed it is. I was talking with my FC the other day about how once tier 3 abilities come out the difference between small, medium, and large guilds will become bigger. Small guilds can't hope to support two tier two's for long, and a medium sized guild that is large enough probably can. I'm guessing tier 3 would work the same way in such that only a large guild can truly support it.

    I guess the real question now is how large a guild should be required to sustain two tier 2's at break even.

    Instead of asking the devs to hand you easier FC credits, why not put together a plan to maintain them or slow down the usage.

    Silver platter, casuals, blah blah blah you know the deal.

    Edit: The above line was sarcasm, I guess people didn't get that from the "blah blah blah" part. While it would be nice to have new ways to get FC points, I maintain that slowing down your usage and/or increasing income through FC credit farming is a better way to do it in the long run.

    This is what my FC does, we have a 2nd "raid" night where we alternate weeks between FATE farming and Map spamming for housing fund.

    Solution: Continue doing fates?

    I know i know you want to be able to both do dungeons as its faster leveling AND get company credits at the same time.

    Unfortuenly since theres very few reasons to do fates as it is, adding credits to dungeons will only make even less players do them.

    And yes higher tier of buffs will cost more credit but its not like they are game breaking, its just an added benefit for those beeing able to obtain that much credits.

    Please just keep working hard. Or join another FC with more people. Being the leader of an FC may be something you covet but gosh...don't make things easier.

    Seriously, you have a small FC you should know that your point gain will be much slower than it used to be.

    IF you have a Giant FC and still running out of points, then IDK what to tell you. Craft/fates/dungeons/leve's I believe all these have an effect on FC points. Just do more and more events...

    There is by no means I'm asking the devs to hand us FC credits easily. I'm just asking for another option to get it.

    @Devils_Lawyer
    Yes, if only FATEs are not a ghost town anymore.

    @Meshico
    We are working hard. But as I've said, we're spending more credits than what we're saving each day. Due to the cost of each Tier 2 FC buffs and how limited our options are.

    Sigh...in every game the solution to every issue since the invention of guild leveling has been to join a new bigger guild, merge guilds, or wallow in the pit of mediocrity as eventually even your core members abandon you to join a larger guild for the perks.

    Guilds used to be just a place for people to gather so they can make friends, help each other, and work toward an eventual goal.

    Now with leveling and perks guilds have become something you join for bonus exp. In some cases even an annoyance because they sit in starter zones trying to poach anyone without guild tags using unsolicited invites.

    And if you join one it's almost as if you play alone because you are merely one of hundreds. And the chat either flies at the speed of light because either there's a dozen different conversations or because a couple of people decided to turn guild chat into barrens chat 2.0.

    How are you even expected to form any kind of bond with fellow guild mates in this kind of situation?

    So I have no problem with the op asking for Yoshida for a helping hand for the smaller guild.

    They're asking for other venues of gameplay to reward FC credits. In no way is that asking for stuff on a silver platter. Get over yourself.
