    How far did you get in 1.0's storyline? Unfortunately, if you didn't reach a certain part in 1.0's story, that's actually working as intended - Square Enix revealed not long after launch that only players who completed the Lunar Transmitter boss fight in 1.0 (that was part of the special '7th Umbral Era' storyline) receive the special 'Legacy' opening - all other 1.0 players receive the same opening as a new player sadly.
