    I hated ff12. I didn't mind the lack of auto attack that I think it had. But I hated the lazer targeting it looked stupid. And ff12 was a non mmo of ff11 set to ff tactics advance. ff12 was to easy to max out your character And I hated that grid system. '

    Anything to help the game in keeping true to what they advertized. It welcomed in my book.
    Keep the ability to make your own class if you choose to
    Keep the manuel attack, just make it more fun.

    Manuel attack in DcUO is pretty fun, they made it similar to action games. You had a button for melee and one for ranged. You also had combos for various weapon skills. The L1 and r1 buttons handled you action bar abilities. Or it was L2 r2 i forget.

    I don't want this game to be cookie cutter boring, and too much like ffxi. Some stuff from other ff titles are good if they put them in to be fun.

    XII had an auto-attack, but (to me) it was much faster than XI's auto-attack.

    The word you're looking for is "douchebag". Some people don't have english as a first language. Furthermore if you want to highlight other people for their failings in written english, use some capital letters.

    Aaaanyway, I don't think anyone means to shoe-horn the system in so it has the same flaws as those found in FF12 (Although the zodiac job system didn't suffer the same problems as the original in that respect to my knowledge?). But applying it to the game would certainly give much more of a "final-fantasy-style".

    I'm looking forward to seeing what they come up with but I think that system is a very good start. Also as long as we're talking about FF12, they should use some of the monster designs from it, they were awesome. I want to see Famfrit become an Eikon too!

    that wasn't me bing dickish, the two words are painfully close in spelling.

    phonetically manual probably should be spelled Manuel for all that the "ual" part of it comes out as "uhl" in every day speech, so I actually was trying to be helpful/edumacational. never know when something shows up on a test.

    It's a really good suggestion. FF12 is nearly a solo-mmo. So why not adapt some things from it ? ^^

    I agree... Final Fantasy XII ADB would be perfect for FFXIV. It would not only give a better battle system, but also a good system for PS3 users.
    Also... SE should revise a little the battle BGM, its annoying when you kill enemies groups that the BGM ends when you KO a target and restarts when you target a new monster that has engaged you in battle.

    FFXII battle system!!! Plzzz

    Edit: Playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system. Its diferent than the original one. Not everyone may use or equip all equipments, it depends of the job choosen ^^
