I'm not disagreeing with you, but this is probably their stance:

We should moderate through the flagging system for now, and focus our energy towards delivering a product our dedicated and more casual customer fan base will appreciate and respect. The problem will correct itself in a short amount of time (nature of the game hoppers) and a dedicated involvement at this time will be counterproductive.

Reanalysis is needed in the near future.
