We have two problems with this awesome Suggestion.
1.- The stats in this game are REALLY BORING, BAD CALCULATED and MEANINGLESS. The Haste or Skill speed in this game is wortless, the critical hit rate dont work as intented is just second tier forgotten stat and the main stats function in a Horrible way even adding 30 points of STR can equal 1 - 3% more DPS in some Classes.
When you make a game with Stats so insipid. Is hard find inspiration for "work" in boost them with passion like in FFXI.
In FFXI build your Haste Set up, your WS set your, Attack/Acu Set up was thrilling. In ARR probably will be only wasted time. Until they change the way Skill Speed operate, Critical Hit and STR/DEX etc, for give those stats a strong meaning "Trial Magians will never work in ARR".
2.- You can see for the amount of Likes in your post. How the people in ARR misprice the "Hard work".
ARR deserve this. Because is Heavely inspired in FFXIII-1 a Total Linear game, with a Horrible Storyline. The JP players are already punishing with the Sales Square enix. A game dont deserve to be punished. FFXIII - 2 , because this game are x100 times better than the garbage square enix did with FFXIII - 1. Even FFX Remastered, outsold Lighting Returns in japan.
Having masterpieces like. FF6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Take inspiration in the worse FF game for ARR is Shameful. Yes im one those hermit who think FFXIV Ver 1.0, haved more soul and was more interesing than ARR.

A Trial Magian System Removing NMS Hunts, WS on certain Targets and another Tedious trials. Could Be really Fun for give us a way "Pick Strictly what stats we want in our gear". So I hope in the future SE add a System like Trial magians, Settling to the actual Playerbase. Kill x10 Monsters for earn a mythic weapon No???, is the way Arr work.
