If you want to be accuracy capped for Coil with 0 pieces of Allagan you can do this.

I don't think you linked the right set because that set has Allagan Gauntlets, Ring, and the head from T5. lol

Anyway, with the Dual Haken I'm fairly certain you'll be close to 481 and reach that with HQ La Noscean Toast, if not HQ Stuffed Cabbage. You can also opt for VIT capped (at the least) Gryphonskin accessories, which all have accuracy on them.

Most of the Allagan Tank gear is from T1 and T2, which you can do in full DL w/ Relic. By that point, at least now, you'll be able to afford some Myth piece which will boost your accuracy (AF+1 WAR chest, for example). It is a bit silly that all the Tank jewelry has no accuracy on it, but you honestly don't need it. For example, my Allagan ring is -accuracy vs the darklight or hoplite ring, my Allagan belt has less accuracy than the Myth equivalent as well. The Allagan chest (T1 drop) gives me +10 accuracy vs the AF+1, but -10 Parry. This all allows me to reach 481 accuracy without food with the Dual Haken. So, basically, with food, full Myth, and the Dual Haken you can reach the T5 accuracy cap no problem.
