    the only way i have found to test DPS players without parser is aggro meter

    the highest guy on aggro ( excluding tanks & healers ) means he/she the 1 with highest DPS

    Nope. Quelling strikes. Also, summoner doesn't get enmity from pet damage. And if anyone dies, his hate is reset to 0.
