While SCH primarily heals, it also supports with eye for an eye/sacred soil and debuffs with virus. Therefore, it would not be completely strange to have a debuffing pet. But as Sanguiso said earlier, SCHs already have their own blinding skill, ruin 2 which is insta cast. It makes no sense to give a fairy a blinding skill on top of the debuff that SCHs already have. There are other debuffs that fairys can inflict without overlapping with SCH skills.

Would it be OP to have a fairy that casts debuffs like determination down on an enemy for short periods of time? I'm thinking of a virus type fairy that supports by making enemies weaker as opposed to making the party stronger.
