I don't know about you, but I'm still paying and that $15 per month is not just me being generous. I'm paying for a service I expect to see continuously improved upon, not a one-time product purchase.
The first is your opinion, the second and third... well, I'd like to see proof. Even Dalaran and Orgrimmar at their busiest on a high pop server with chat bubbles turned on was never overrun by them. Any lag I experienced there was more because there were literally hundreds of people loading on my screen; the chat bubbles had absolute minimum impact. If a near ten-year-old game can do it, then one re-released in 2013 can as well.
This describes pretty much the whole game world. I can't go an hour in game without developing horrible headaches from reading chat.
Devs can't do anything about a 512mb memory limit. Lazy or not there is no way to change that. You also don't have a single foot to stand on when calling them lazy. It's entirely subjective, and quite honestly, based off nothing at all. You have absolutely no idea how they work, how hard they work, how often they work, or what their work structure is like.
If the Devs were lazy then we wouldn't have any more content period and not be getting constant updates, fixes and other stuff.. nor would they have destroyed the entire 1.0 version of the game and rebuild it back up from almost scratch with a completely new engine... I'd rethink that "Devs are lazy" commentOk I'll put /sarcasm or make it more clear that I'm just talking about the post I quoted next time. I'm sorry I incurred the wrath of the whiteknights.Devs can't do anything about a 512mb memory limit. Lazy or not there is no way to change that.
