its the congestion. SE already warned people and no one seems to get that is the issue. If it was the patcher in general it would suck 100% of the time no matter if it is on patch day or 2 days after.Just want to add, I share my updater port config with my torrent config (and nope, not at the same time). I am 100% sure that I am not firewalled and still don't get remote connections. I have no problem getting remotes for torrent downloads, I can even FTP my PC on the same port from a different ISP...
SE, whatever retarded filtering schema you are using for letting people get remote connections please drop it, you are screwing people into either waiting 6 hours for a small patch or obtaining it by unofficial means.
Honestly guys try to wait a day or two. Thats how My dl works.
