SE, whatever retarded filtering schema you are using for letting people get remote connections please drop it, you are screwing people into either waiting 6 hours for a small patch or obtaining it by unofficial means.
its the congestion. SE already warned people and no one seems to get that is the issue. If it was the patcher in general it would suck 100% of the time no matter if it is on patch day or 2 days after.

Honestly guys try to wait a day or two. Thats how My dl works.
