Looting system - can we see lots before drop?

Likely to prevent harassment. Lemme use an example with CT:

-Its Sunday or Monday not long before reset, i didnt get the drop i wanted, so imma join a random group and grab what i can before reset, for the sake of getting something this week.
-Tank piece drops.
-Me (WHM): ill greed on that Tank drop for my PLD, who knows Tank(s) could not want it.
-Tank: Guys look! That WHM greeded on the Tank drop! WTF is he even greeding that ? Hes a WHM ! Im gonna need and outroll his greed regardless but hey, ill remember you dared thinking you could ninja MY drop, kick him !!"
-Tank needs and get his drop
-Tank votes for a kick.
-People mindlessy press yes.

This whole scenerio doesn't even make sense. If the tank rolls need, why would he/she vote kick. Sounds like just arguing to argue.

And this is more about coil and primals.
