Looting system - can we see lots before drop?

This has bothered me for a while. Why can't we see how people are lotting until after the loot drops?

There are lots of farming runs out there every night in Coil, primals and CT. This is not such a big deal in CT since it is so easy. But most people run Coil on preferred and/or best geared jobs for easier wins. This is also done for primals, especially when tanks and healers are needed. Most people use greed rules so that people who may need to play another job to help the group out can have a chance to get the gear they need.People lie, cheat and take advantage all the time.

For example, healer gear drops in coil. A group sets up some lotting rules to make it fair to everyone and everyone agrees to greed lot only. A piece drops that a healer wants very badly and so he needs on it while the other healer greeds on it because that was the deal they had.

Another example, people pick one item to greed on in Titan. Someone greeds on an item that they had agreed not to and wins.

If it could be seen how people lotted, something could have been said or done collectively. I don't see the point in keeping it secret until after the loot drops.

That is an Internal, trust issue. cant modify games for issue like this.

If someone pull a last minute "i wanted it very badly" and breaks rules, he should might as well he server transfer.

Some server look at reputation of a player.

It could be handled if we could see how peopled rolled when they rolled.

This happens with people you don't know, of course. But this also happens with FC/LS mates. It usually happens "on accident." lol yart

Wont the promote kicking a high lotted player? or something similar?

I was thinking more in the lines of the person could leave the dungeon in time for the item to drop to the agreed upon person.

Likely to prevent harassment. Lemme use an example with CT:

-Its Sunday or Monday not long before reset, i didnt get the last BRD piece i need to complete the set, so imma join a random group and if the boss im after doesnt drop said piece, ill grab what i can for the sake of getting something this week.
-Tank piece drops.
-Me (BRD): ill greed on that Tank drop for my PLD, who knows Tank(s) could not want it.
-Tank: Guys look! That BRD greeded on the Tank drop! WTF is he even greeding that ? Hes a BRD ! Im gonna need and outroll his greed regardless but hey, ill remember you dared thinking you could ninja MY drop, kick him !!"
-Tank needs and get his drop.
-Tank votes for a kick.
-People mindlessy press yes right away, because y'know pugs dont give a damn about other people in their party.
- "You have been dismissed from the party"
-Back to a 2 hours Queue.

This whole scenerio doesn't even make sense. If the tank rolls need, why would he/she vote kick. Sounds like just arguing to argue.

And this is more about coil and primals.

Was doing CT, looking at PF and bunch of group doing CT but there all lacking tank. I join and ask if anyone needs blm pants as I would need it but willing to run as tank. couple ppl answer no. Do the run, beat Behemoth and the blm pants drops. I type its mine! Bard types anyone needs it, I reply I just said it was mine, then he said sorry I ask n no one answered and he already lotted on it. I said look at the chat log, I wrote it before u ask n u lotted even before asking! well I did greed n i lost to the brd. I was like I said right before the run that I would join as pld if I can get the drop. He said I must've miss it.... Sorry man, I can't cancel my lot. Is there anything I can do for u? I'm like what will u do for me? SE should implement a lot cancellation. This Brd knew from the beginning that I needed that drop. Moral of the story, I'm running on the job that needs the item and sorry if your lacking tank for your run.
