Sometimes the things that are wrong can't be fixed especially in Garuda Ext and especially not with just an hour limit. I.E if your tank doesn't know the fight well it's pretty much over from my experience.

If you don't tell the tank what he's doing wrong, then nobody will ever know the fight. In theory, everyone seemed like they were doing everything correctly and nobody really knew what went wrong. Instead of trying to figure out what went wrong vote abandon. So now nobody learned anything and they will continue to repeat this in their next groups.

Oh I do tell but most of the time it feels like wasted effort. Most can't seem to understand what I'm saying even though it's simple instructions and they take it the wrong way. Makes you feel like you're calling them out and they get mad rather than being thankful. Rarely you meet players that are willing and able to learn in df. There's really nothing you can do for them if the skill level is not there.
