    1. AFAIK, it's anonymous everywhere and always (lol, all three weeks or whatever of its existence) has been.

    2. Explained: There's no reason any player needs to know. If you're reporting for misuse, the investigating GM will be able to see who did what just from the logs. All they need is your name, an approximate time, and the instance where it occurred.

    3. It's entirely contained within the individual parties. You can't do anything to members of other parties, and they can't do anything to you.

    Privacy concerns are absolutely not limited to that. Giving players the name of the vote initiator would allow them to create characters on their server to harass them, post their name online "blacklists" (and catch innocents in the process, given that names can exist across servers), etc.
