The only thing that's been said is that you won't be locked out from T1 if you've been to T2.
There may be lockouts on how many pieces of gear you can get from a turn, like the CT lockout.
And do you seriously think it will be that easy for the majority of players? You know, players that still haven't passed Titan HM...

It already is really easy. And they already said its getting nerfed which means even easier. Titan HM in all honesty is harder than t1 and t4. T2 and T5 are the only turns that really require people to be paying attention.

The majority of players have not beat Twintania and probably won't in 2.1. They won't be able to do T6-9 when its out during the first few weeks, they are going to have to run the nerfed 2.2 version of Twintania several times before getting their first kill.

Pretty much this.. until you can get past twin, doesn't matter if you're full i90 you're still not doing Turn 6.. just as the various HM and Ex primals were walled off until you completed them in the proper sequence for the first time.
