Making Coil T1-5 easier sure, removing weekly lockout, lol wut?

Ok first, I'am not new to MMOs, Iam well aware that when a new tier of raids and content is released the previous is nerfed and made easier for everyone else which I am TOTALLY FINE with.

From my understanding in 2.2 not only will T1-5 be made easier through the "echo buff", but they are also going to remove the weekly lockout!?

So basically you just need to get Dark Light gear for Turns 1-4, farm Coil for a day, then go wipe on Twin a few times to get the echo buff and bam, coil on farm mode.

I don't understand the need to remove the weekly lockout it completely trivializes most of the work and progression we have done now, make it easier sure, but let people run it limitless times and get I90 gear in a day?

Also then this completely makes the idea of all the work and time they put into Crystal Tower meaningless, you can easily farm T1-4 in Darklight so there is no need to even walk into Crystal Tower unless your bored.

Come on what are they thinking, am I the only one who feels this is crazy? I might as well just not play for the next few months and when coil 10+ is released get on and farm I100+ gear in a day or two.

Because when 2.2 is out 6-9 will be the new top tier raid, with ilvl 110 or 120 whatever they decide. Coil 1-5 becomes the catch up raid thus no lockout. Basically ilvl 90 is the new ilvl 70 Darklight as far as 2.2 is concerned.

I'm sure Coil 6-9 (the ones with the new gears) have weekly lockout again.
And who say that it would be possible to get full ilevel 90 in one day? Cutters Cry and Aurun Vale in 1.0 had only 10 minutes lockout and nobody got full darklight (the best gear before ARR) in just one day.

Also then this completely makes the idea of all the work and time they put into Crystal Tower meaningless, you can easily farm T1-4 in Darklight so there is no need to even walk into Crystal Tower unless your bored.

No, please stop. i90 will be obsolete let it fall aside, we'll be hunting better gear. It doesn't matter if they can get i90 in a day or not, we'll be in w/e is next. While they're still playing catch up.

Playing catch up? Run coil for a day to catch up and bam into new turns next day dosnt seem like a big catch up

T6-9 most likely will require a lot of ilvl 90 gear on your character before you are deemed ready to even attempt T6-9. T6-9 will be the new T1-5 in 2.2 and ilvl 90 gears is the new endgame starter gear compare to now with ilvl 70 gear being the starter endgame gear.

Just about enough ilvl 90 gear to hit the ilvl 85 range may be required which will require grinding for ilvl 90 gear in T1-5, myth if you want to speed the process, and a lot of luck on loot drops and rolls.

Well you could also get full ilvl 70 in a day and start coil if you played a bunch. This is basically the same thing. You can get full ilvl 90 in a day and start Coil 6-9. Ilvl 90 is no longer top tier when 2.2 is out its obsolete, we will be aiming for the new higher ilvl gear.

People who already farmed coil a bunch won't have to go through the farm process while people who haven't finished all of coil when 2.2 is out will have to run 1-5 some more to catch up.
