The idea is you still want to exclude people. They have created different modes for primal fights, I wonder why they don't consider taking that route.
Coil can work like, they release the (extreme mode) first, then come 2.2 they release the (story mode) version of it, but at least keeping the option to do that harder version of coil and maybe omit some loot between the two.
In the current coil you can get the body, weapon and legs, but in story mode those pieces of loot are not obtainable unless you do the original version of coil.

You mean faceroll it. There's a difference between genuinely tackling present content and just roflstomping older stuff as it gets nerfed/players get buffed. All I can think of now is the rage myself and others felt when SE nerfed the crap out of Chains of Promathia.
But that's just how MMOs are now these days. new content comes in, older content is rendered pointless and made easier so people can use it as ladder to get to the next new shinies. Why is this so attractive? Why has the genre devolved from being about enjoying the content to a never-ending shiny chase?
All I see is whining. And especially after we were told the path going forward was that old content would be nerfed when new content to replace it came out.

He has not cleared Twintania, so he has not done the content in the game right now. Considering that the only nerfs were on 1-5 coil he is having a superiority complex about something he hasn't done. There was nothing about EM primal nerfs and they really aren't that hard anyway.yoshida have said something really right, when people will do this content in the 2.2, they will have more respect for the people that have done it before... they will be like pioneer. like the one that have kill twintania before 2.1.
other point, it will not affect you, since you already have finish this content... then who care?
Though maybe for people who wanted to do T5 before it was nerfed, it is disappointing because the fight won't be the same again. But they have till march to do it, and if they are hardcore they will be on 6-9 progression when the patch hits so they shouldn't care about 1-5.

They've always planned this, and while I don't like it, I've always been of the opinion that it's fine as long as they keep the original difficulty as an option. Take Turn 1~5; they're being nerfed with the introduction of Turn 6~9 and added to the Duty Finder. That's fine, "casuals" still need to do content to progress. I'd propose a compromise though, since Turn 1~5 is "too difficult" for people currently, why not make the nerfed Turn 1~5 as it currently is, with the lockouts? The original hard mode loses the lock outs since there is now something further to progress, but since the people who find current content too hard wont have a hope against the new content, they don't need to fully gear up from it, just like we apparently don't need to fully gear up from it now.
It seems like an apt compromise to me; For both groups it is easier. Casuals get the out right easy mode to progress content they're behind on. Hardcores get better drop rates to better gear for the new content casuals wont be doing. Casuals also get practice on the easy mode and the better drop system would hopefully lead to them wanting to challenge it, rather than just handing everything out on a silver platter...
Leave at once and take your logic with you! JK, I agree with you. It's starting to sound like the T2 enrage arguments all over again. "It's too easy, everyone's completing it!!" My static has already cleared T5 so we don't really care about the nerf/weekly restriction removal. We pretty much just run BC now to help our newer/less exp FC members progress. Although my luck with drops is the most horrendous I've ever seen (seriously, all I've ever gotten from BC is a bracelet), I'm excited to farm and pick up the gear I've been praying to the loot gods for.let's see this in another way, someone join the game at the 2.2, the game have a vertical progression... do you want to force him to farm 3 month for be able to reach the content of the 2.2? when the 2.3 will be out?
yoshida have said something really right, when people will do this content in the 2.2, they will have more respect for the people that have done it before... they will be like pioneer. like the one that have kill twintania before 2.1.

all i see is a trouble of ego, why people can do it easily when i have work hard for do it... it's unfair... and i don't want the other to be like me! no no no! i'm the best! i'm the king of the mountain!!!
well you see the point... why get soo serious about what the other do, focus on what you do. and stop to be jealous of the other.
