That was the 3rd Edition version. Turns out my memory was still fogged though.

In Original and 2nd Edition, SS made you immune to damage from physical attacks, for a certain number of attacks or attack sequences (claw/claw/bite/tail swipe from a dragon would be an attack sequence). It had nothing to do with AC.

Whichever stoneskin has more HP in it takes priority.

Yes. Stoneskin was the "original" temporary hit points. In the different additions/versions, it has completely negated a certain number of attacks, partially reduced damage by a given amount (either for a duration, a number of attacks, or a total amount of damage reduced), or had a flat amount of hp that it would take before you took anything.

Sometimes I will stoneskin entire group while Main Tanking . If they gave us the ability to quick cast would be awesome for combat rez as well tho
