GCD is Global Cooldown, which is the 2.50s CD on most abilities. Brutal Swing is not on GCD, although it does have a brief animation.

As WAR I have been able to get every LV in every group I have been in, from groups with not so stellar DPS to great players with turn 5 weapons. It is, as you have noted, not casted very often. It also has a fairly long cast time. It's quite ideal if you ask me.

But if people are just putting their interrupt abilities in their rotation it can make them more difficult to manage.

unless someone explicitly called another player an idiot here, no one was "attacked". It's called criticism.

You know what? In life, you're gonna mess up and people are gonna call you on it. You're gonna know it, they're gonna know it, and so is everyone else. Then they're going to say something about it and you're going to have to deal with the reverberating sound of failure.

You're not gonna go very far in life if your first reaction is to just cry about it and start flailing your arms until the mean person pointing out your failures just goes away.

If you're one of the people who complain about this community being toxic every day, but just go crazy over someone giving you some criticism, you are a part of the problem.

Vote kicking someone for telling you something that you didn't want to hear (as long as it abides with the rules on language) is not only an abuse of the vote kick feature, but extremely disappointing as well. Fills me with disgust.

But you know what? I can accept that the op might not be telling the full truth. I can accept the possibility, that maybe, perhaps, they may have said something that was not exactly the most polite thing to say to another person.

However, the idea that you can kick someone from a group just because you don't like something they said to you is ridiculous. Not every piece of criticism blown your way is an attack on your impenetrable fortress of self esteem built on a foundation of insecurities.
