Does square give subscription refunds?

I'm getting frustrated from getting locked out of the story quests too much. I seriously did 1 quest last night after leveling and got locked out of them again. I prefer leveling from quests but there are just too few quests and FATES are just no fun. Maybe end game could be fun but I'm not sure if the work I have to do to get there is worth it and I don't see having to grind fates or repeat dungeons to level changing any time soon.

I'm confused. There is no lockout on the story quests.

If you're having trouble leveling up quickly, you should be doing dungeons- it's the fastest xp in the game and more fun than fates.
