I also came here from years of DCUO,and i agree DC was a real pile..... i believe leaving that to play A Realm Reborn was the best move i made as well

I agreed with this too. Started my BLM relic quest and it was a blast till Titan (HM)... Now i'm not so sure. That fight completely turned me off from this game. Really sucks finding out you're not good enough to play a game you enjoy so much. But if this is just a taste of how content will be, i have no place in this game sadly.

It is just anything with the a "Titan" in it. Pros love it, the rest, no so much.

Titan is not and will not be representative of all / a majority of content in the game, ever. That being said, like most fights, they really aren't that hard once you learn them.

As the above poster stated, all of those late game fights are completely scripted and once you've gone through the entire script, you can pretty much beat it every time after that.

The problem was how your position check works. An example was when i start to cast Fire III and he puts a plume under me. I'd instantly stop and barely get out of the way, but i know i was out of the range but still get 1 shotted. Almost all the fight was like that. It's a very horrible experience one that has left a bad taste in my mouth when i think of continuing to play. I really started to enjoy the game after the last 3-4 story mode dungeons.

So what i tried to do was cast a lot less to avoid being hit by the plumes, and while that did avoid my death it also lowered my damage tremendously. To the point we couldn't burn the heart down fast enough. I guess i just don't have what it takes to play hard content. Such a shame the last step to the relic is a hurdle i can't get over.
