    Even though I don't want to answer your question because it's seems like your question is so bloody obtuse, I'll go ahead and say the following:
    Will it have an impact on the fight, sure.
    Will it penalize people as severely for issues with a bit of lag/reflexs etc....probably not, but will people who want to stand in plumes still die, yes, they will die to plumes, they will die to landslides and they will die to rocks exploding in their faces, which they should. (O,o)

Yes, but it'll also make things less challenging for players that are not experiencing any problems. Should SE dumb down content just so people with latency/reflex issues can complete it? It's not like latency makes it impossible. I have a friend from Australia that plays with 200-400ms and he dodged mechanics fine by running pre-emptively. Titan HM unlocks an ilvl90 weapon that the majority of the end game players are still using today. I do not see the difficulty of the fight as being unreasonable.

    correction, it unlocks a ilvl80 weapon that can be upgraded to ilvl90 for a total of 900 myth tomestones.
