If they are going to average say 3-5 months for a patch... then to get to 2.9 would be like 3 - 4 years. We will be at 3.0 long before then most likely.

So we have AF, AF+ and AF2 all at LVL 50. Imo they can wait for higher lvls with that stuff

So from the live letter questions threads, we now know that the new dungeon will be Ruins of Amdapor...

I hope we get tons of questlines. I don't know if the improvements to chocobo system will make it but I hope they do. I want the companion system to be good so bad.

The thing is, unless they make lvling MUCH and I mean 50 times much harder than it is now people would jump from 50 to 60 in a day and all the content we have now will forever be forgotten.

1-50 I believe was easy now partially in order to avoid too big of a gap between legacy and non-legacy characters.
Going above 50 they don't have to think about that any more and could make it much more time consuming or difficult to level up beyond 50.

I want 50-60 to take one month for each character with dedication. In addition I want leves to be a smaller % of the leve for crafts so a craft takes much longer as well. Hell I'm a casual and only play a few hours a night maybe 8-12 hr/wk and I have 9 50's almost 10. It needs to be longer.

Great thread OP. I learned of a few additions that i'm excited about.

SMN AF2 is SO awesome looking. Definitely going for that one out of the models shown first. Unless WHM or PLD really takes my breath away.
