What do we know about 2.2 so far?

There's been a lot of speculation that a new class might be released. I'm certainly hoping for Musketeer, but even if it isn't, as long as they're releasing a new class I don't really care what it is.

i think they will increase the level cap before adding a new class.

to the stuff we know:
- 2 new tribes for the dailies (sahagins and kobold)

the pvp armor (animal looking) is for the front line don't hope it before long.
the vanity was always planned for the 2.2, they did try to put it in the 2.1 but didn't make it.


the AF2 design is, for the one know:
- summoner
- dragoon
- Warrior (not sure for this one since we don't see it clearly called warrior AF2 like the other)
- Monk
- bard

in the same letter they have show the allagan set 2 (possibly in the new turn):
- plate armor (we can see weapon too)
- mail armor
