Why would you play an Online game with others that is known for Cutscenes and then say something like this??? I would do like the first person said that responded and report them for abuse. If you dont want to play well with others then stay the hell inside.
To be fair, the game isnt really "known" for cutscenes in group content, outside of CM/Praetorium. You could make an argument that they are there for the 4 man dungeons that are needed for story, but they change after the first time you go through the dungeon, they dont repeat like CM/Prae.

If that is the case why should we not also kick the people that dont roll on items or by that matter at a dps meter to the game and then kick those people that dont meet your requirements as well.
I agree with others that if you want a Speed run then form your own party and dont use the Roulette when you dont want to play nice with others.
Well, there is no reason to do a speed run, or even run it at all outside of the Roulette, WP is faster for the same amount of Philo + 30 myth + gear if you need it or for alts.

If watching cutscenes during the actual duty instead of watching all of them at your leisure in the inn is that important to someone, they can start up a PF and put in that they want to watch cutscenes. It is actually a template choice alongside speed/efficiency, etc.
As it stands, a majority of the players have already seen the cutscenes and have no desire to either watch them again or sit and wait for 1-2 people in an 8-man party to finish watching them. this is why PF exists - so that like-minded individuals can form a party and play together.
That all being said, the act of kicking a player for watching cutscenes is a form of harassment and can be reported. This kind of behavior should not become the norm. However, I see no problem with someone watching the cutscenes being left behind and getting locked out of bosses. It's their choice to value the cutscenes more than the battles and they can't simply expect 7 other people who can readily clear the battles 1 man down to just sit and wait for them.

You're taking two statements in different contexts and putting them together. Read it again. You can't be any more wrong. It was created to help new players complete content they needed to progress their story. And it's a safe assumption that since it's their first time, they'd like to watch the cutscenes. The bonus associated with it is there to give people an incentive to join up and help them complete said content, at the pace of the new player.

I read it three times, just for you. And I am still correct, and you still wrong.
Low-level Roulette and Story Roulette was put in place for people to help newer players get through story-gating content. The reward you get (bonus tomestones) is for your time/patience in helping them. If you want more tomestones, they explicitly say the High-level Roulette is for you.
Read it a few times yourself.

Get through it.
Nothing about watching it.

I said nothing about newer players. What I said is about roulette. Roulette was made so newer players get their pops so they don't get blocked. It's that simple.
It wasn't made for a tourist.
