I see tanks asking to be dismissed so that they can jump back into duty finder instantly. I try to report as cheating rather than afk if i can. Its annoying how long i had to wait to get into que and they can quit and get no penalty. Then again they could just bully you into leaving by pulling the boss on you over and over.
