    In 1.0 mobs did randomly and occasionally drop chests, I remember it. It may have to do with the fact that battles in 1.0 were a bit tougher.

    Playing 1.0 since release, never happened once. Chests were only in dungeons and during leves really. Then also for Hamlet defense.
