    People who are intimidated by more than rudimentary English often hide behind the word verbose.

    The points you seem to be missing are that 1. He specifically says, "I want to know what you spend time on," and 2. "right now this is what I see," and 3. "Feel free to post your idea of what percentages should be allocated to development of each of the in-game activities," He never proposed his estimates belonged to anyone but himself.

    Expansive verbiage in place of an acceptable use of the common vernacular does not in truth provide evidence to the writers intelligence or exactitude in language, but is typically the refuge of the dullard how has apprised themselves of the ownership of a thesaurus.
