Everything. I'd like to see mobs running around you trying to avoid being hit or fleeing from you when they feel you are too strong for them. Ofcourse, that would also require the battle system to take hit angles into account. They are fiddling with the system atm anyway, so they might as well improve it.
I can imagine many people being upset about such changes though (omg, the mobs just pwn me, the game is too hard QQ)
