    ok i will find that info on weapons, and i believe that i had this conversation before about people on coil they said 5% of the community is on endgame, which is utter bull. I wouldve believed 5% are not at endgame yet, and 60% hasnt beaten coil 5 yet id believe, but 5%? Also its from the same people who whe we complain certain jobs are horrible, SE just straight out says we play it wrong, or lag in titan is cause our cameras arent zoomed out. are you joking. Right now for most people aside from EX fights, Coil 5 is the only thing they havent beat. In a game where the end game is pretty much only coil, cause lets face it CT is a zergfest mess.

    I agree in all your points. Granted, I'm not a huge open world person, I did play early 1.0 and know what you mean. I certainly like to be able to teleport around, but they could have stuff in remote areas of maps, and having NMs isn't a terrible thing, it would just be something extra, let them drop ilvl 60 so you can gear up alts, or have new players get some raid boss type experience.

    As for the Armoury system I totally agree and have said the same to friends. They built this awesome system, they make per character lock-outs instead of per class. Give me 1 roll, per class, per week in CT. Coil would be a bit harder, if you did it the same way you'd miss out pretty bad on a "lucky" run that lots of your gear dropped, but it would streamline the luck process and allow people to run it more and help friends learn it etc.

    In the long run, I think this game will slowly lose any rational consumer. At best, this game will be a niche mmo after WS and EQ hit the scene. This development team is too prideful to listen to any legit concerns, complaints, or suggestions. All meaningful and well written criticisms or suggestions are always met with "we have no plans to do that at this time." Essentially this forum is just players offering their thoughts to other players. The CM posts only serve as a reminder that the development team is going to do what ever they wish regardless of what players want, how players feel, or what is right.

    It's always like this. "Game will decline when the next MMO launches". I bet you all my gil that the Wildstar and Everquest forums will also have a lot of complaints, doomsaying and "they don't care about us" posts.

    I'm being a bit hypocrite here because I also made some "they don't care about us" complaints. But that's how MMORPG forums goes... the next game is always better (until it launches, then people remember that nothing is perfect).

    I agree with your statements. I was one of the people saying give SE some time back in the fall. This is not a new game anymore and I think even people who would be long lasting players, like myself, are growing ever more cynical of FF14, SE, and the development team.

    meh probably wont be for much longer, honestly think i could have more fun loggin back into 11 sometimes. 2.2 will probably be it for me this game has gone in a direction i cant stand anymore.
