    1. Mail between alts.
    2. Mail between alts.
    3. ... guess.

From my point of view, leveling everything on one character grants way more perks, starting with cross-skills.
It's a combination of two things: 1) As a roleplayer, I tend to come up with multiple character concepts that I want to play out, and 2) I need visual variety. I get bored staring at the same character forever and ever. Having alts doesn't preclude leveling cross-class abilities. I've actually leveled PGL and LNC and MRD four or five times now because of cross-class abilities.

    What I want:
    1. Mailing to characters on your account.
    2. Untradable gear able to send between characters on the same account.
    3. Spiritbond not being an issue between alts.
    4. Mostly the first one, 2 and 3 would be nice though.

Not really an "altoholic", but I have alts. I originally made my first one for extra storage space (a.k.a. a mule, in FFXI terms), but then I learned you can't mail items to your alts like you can in FFXI.

I have my main, male Sun 50 BRD/WHM/Carpenter, my "main" alt; a female Midlander, 50 WHM/Alchemist (and soon 50 DRG). Female Moon currently slowly going through story (soon to be SMN/SCH), and a female Roe I made for the hell of it. I also have a legacy guy on Balmung, who I never leveled up. My laptop couldn't run 1.XX at more than 7fps so yeah, go figure lol. Friends couldn't go to Balmung anyway so it worked out for the best.

My main is the only one geared with endgame stuff (ilvl 72 or something, I forget), thinking to just do CT on my midlander for the onion set. Possibly get her relic down the road, but of course I focus on my main. I play occasionally on her since it's nice to control a different character every now and then. Little change of scenery and can run around as a "noob" since her best gear is on alchemist lol.

All I REALLY want is mailing between alts. I dislike that you can't send mail to characters on your own account. FFXI let you mail as long as you knew the name of the character, and send up to 8 items at a time (eventually letting you send the untradeable and unsellable rare/exclusive items between your characters too). Why can't we have something like that? I'd be happy with just sending non spirit bonded send-able items to my alts.

I get bored staring at the same character, too. I still have my fantasia and contemplate using it sometimes. I do wish it was something more common so that I could try out various races when I get bored.

Until very recently, this was in the game as people found a way to do so using instances (it would show your characters as online if you logged out inside). They've since nerfed it, because YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY WITH YOURSELF.

We could do it in FFXI, a lot of people had "mules", I had one. It let me sell more stuff when I needed to and gave me extra storage. Hell, they eventually made it so we could send our Rare/EX equipment to them (but not to other players). The characters are on the same account and I wish I could send some stuff to one of my alts. I know XIV isn't XI, but it would be a nice carry over, considering the rate we get untradeable gear we collect (and don't want to throw since "I'm gonna level that eventually!").

I prefer playing everything on one char. The limitations in place in ARR really prohibit being able to effectively do that though. I can't bring myself to level up another character just to go through raids more than once a week though.

I only have three chars: My old legacy char I don't play anymore, my current new server char that I actively play and another character I have on a JP server that I played during the time there was login issues to the NA servers.

I don't really care about having different race chars for different things; that doesn't really do a lot for me. I only did it in WoW because I didn't have a choice if I wanted to play a separate class (and back then, some of the choices were race specific) but I also wanted a bit of variety in the different classes I played rather than just playing with all humans.

I leveled WHM and DRG on my main character but found I never played the roles after getting their relic and darklight. All my myth and coil was focused on my main. So I leveled a bard on a new character with the intention of pugging coil whenever I have time. With the 150 myth from coil every week, 50 from CT, that leaves me nearly halfway done with myth on both characters. Then I just do a few roulettes and primals throughout the week and usually cap by the weekend.

    What I want:

    1) Mail between characters on your account. There's no reason to not do this, since what we do now is just pester our friends, trade them the gear and then have them send it to our alts.
    2) Unlocked mounts from the start if you are a Collector Edition buyer or if you have unlocked a non-chocobo mount via veteranship. Having to move by foot is annoying once you have tasted the constant speed of a mount. Squee can keep the chocobo locked up behind GC seals for all I care. Or, ideally, just have chocobos unlocked account-wide if you have completed the quest on at least one character.
3)More levelling paths. I have levelled up 3 characters up to 50 and I'm sick of having no alternatives for levelling after finishing the local city's questlines, since all three plots tie up after the Gargoyle fight. This might be hard considering how the main plot is designed. But I can still dream.

Mail between alts, PLEASE. Is it so wrong if I want to stock up on Fantasia/Cascadier/Vanity items?

"Alot" is not a word. Allot is but it's unlikely to be what you want, try "A lot".

I am a recovering altoholic, but i am almost certain that i would relapse if i could mail stuff to alts. Thank you SE for your second rate anti RMT policy. It may not hurt any multi account RMT ever, but it saves lives.
